Aggiornamento

Per effettuare l'aggiornamento da una versione 2 seguire le istruzioni qui.


Nuove Funzionalità

  • Possibilità di legare il login/logout del cti con il login/logout dalle code.
  • Visualizzazione (tramite tooltip) delle parti coinvolte nelle conversazioni in transito sui fasci.
  • Nuova gestione della privacy per il "gestore delle code avanzato": se l'utente possiede il permesso "admin_queues" vede in chiaro solo le conversazioni in transito sulle code.
  • Modifica della rest api "custcard/getbynum" per poter specificare il formato dati ricevuto.
  • Nuove rest api "profiling/..." per ricevere informazioni di stato sul server.
  • Nuovo servizio "Barra telefonica call center" per interagire con le proprie code.
  • Nuovo metodo di notifica "offline" per ricevere sms e mail sui nuovi eventi quando non si è loggati al cti.
  • Nuovo metodo di utilizzo del telefono: "telefono fisico". Oltre alla telefonata, ora è anche possibile rispondere senza alzare la cornetta del telefono.
  • Possibilità di visualizzare il proprio utente nella lista "Speed dial" e "Pannello operatore".
  • Nuova visualizzazione delle notifiche "online" (presenti nella barra superiore). Sono state suddivise e visibili solo se ci sono notifiche attive.
  • Visualizzazione di popup per nuovi messaggi di chat.
  • Visualizzazione minimale del pannello operatore.
  • Nuova visualizzazione delle informazioni sui pacchetti installati.


Correzioni e Migliorie

  • Fissato il supporto dei dati sul database per l'interazione con l'applicazione "Report delle code".
  • Documentazione tecnica di sviluppo per le rest api: aggiunti esempi di dati scambiati con il server.
  • Fissata la visualizzazione errata della presence cti quando un utente utilizza le applicazioni "oppanel" e "queueman" assieme al cti.
  • Fissato il non utilizzo del prefisso telefonico con la modalità "telefono fisico".
  • Alcuni miglioramenti nelle scritture sul file di log ( /var/log/asterisk/nethcti.log )
  • Refresh automatico dell'applicazione dopo un aggiornamento, modifica di configurazioni o riconnessioni.
  • Fissato il download delle registrazioni audio.
  • Rimosse alcune entry errate dalla lista "Ultime chiamate".
